GCG is a well equipped facility with many stations to train each apparatus to the fullest potential. Our facility is air-conditioned , safe and well maintained.

We have tumble track, full sized newly covered floor, vault area with spacious run path, 3 sets of bars as well as high bars and low bars to train separate skills and 14 beams of different heights. We also have a very well established conditioning program and tools to use to keep our gymnasts in top condition. The boys area has P bars , rings, floor and more.
