My Buddy and Me     - 18 months to 3 years
Each class is 45 minutes and meets once a week. An adult (parent, grandparent, relative, sitter etc) is required to attend  and  participate with the student.

Golden Firecrackers    -    3 years to 5 years
Each class is one hour long and meets once or twice a week. Your children will sharpen concepts like over & under, around & through, upside down & right side up, right & left, numbers and colors.
They will work on discipline in taking turns, working in a group & working in circuit order. 

Golden Dynamos   -    Invitation Only class for 4 years to 5 years
This class is one hour long and meets twice a week. In this class we plan to prepare these students to one day pursue competitive gymnastics. We will train them on the Olympic events in gymnastics, as well as circuit and incorporate strength and flexibility training.

Golden Hot Shots  -    Invitation Only class for 5 years to 7 years
This class meets twice a week and each class is 90 minutes long. The goal of this class is to prepare young female gymnasts for competition. Strength and flexibility training is an important part of every lesson plan. Ballet training may also be incorporated. This class is for  the gymnast wishing to pursue competitive gymnastics.

Golden Starbursts   -    Beginner Girls ages 6 and up
This class is one hour long and meets once or twice a week. Physically, students learn body awareness and coordination via gymnastics skills on all Olympic apparatus as well as tumble track. Mentally, we will strive to instill self-discipline, confidence and self-esteem. Basic strength and flexibility training will also be introduced to better their overall wellness and enable them to progress further with gymnastics skills. Emphasis is on striving to be the best within one's self so every Golden Starburst experiences a sense of accomplishments and has fun the process!

Golden Stars  -    Intermediate Girls ages 6 and up 
This class is one hour long and meets once or twice a week. The curriculum in this class is based on the same criteria as Golden Starbursts with a more advanced level of training and higher skill level. More time will be spent on strength and flexibility training to enhance the higher level of training. These students may evolve into our competitive program so certain competitive values are introduced but not mandated.

Golden Twisters   -    Advanced Girls ages 6 and up
This class is 90 minutes long and meets twice a week. The curriculum is designed to train an advanced level of gymnastics skills on all Olympic events as well as tumble track. Strength and flexibility will be an important part of their training to enhance their performance. These students may evolve into our competitive program so competitive values are taught.

Golden Champions   -    Beginner Boys ages 6 and up
This class is one hour long and meets once or twice a week. Physically, students learn body awareness, coordination and basic gymnastics skills on Olympic apparatus as well as tumble track. Mentally, we will strive to instill self-discipline, confidence and self-esteem. Strength and flexibility training will also be introduced to better their overall wellness and enable them to progress further with the gymnastics skills.

Boys Dynamos   -    Invitation Only class for 4 years and up
This class is one hour long and/or 90 minutes for one of the classes and meets once or twice a week.  In this class we plan to prepare these students to one day pursue competitive gymnastics. We will train them on the Olympic events in gymnastics, as well as circuit and incorporate strength and flexibility training.

Floor Tumbling   -    Tumbling for ages 6 and up
This class is one hour long and meets once a week. In this class we plan will train students in basic through advanced tumbling skills using both the floor and tumble track.
