Open gym is an event that Golden City offers every Friday night! This event is from 6:30-8:30. During this time, participants will be able to enjoy structured free time in the gym. Coaches will be available to spot the athletes. 
This is a great time for athletes to get extra time in the gym to work on whatever it is they need to work on. 
This time is open to anyone from the ages of 5-18. You do not have to be a gymnast to participate, anyone is welcome!
