If you're interested in high-level gymnastics, look no further! Our optional program has seen many successes over the years! These girls work so hard every week to accomplish their goals. 

Our optional coaching staff is made up of five primary coaches.

Coach Marissa has been the head coach at GCG for over 15 years and has been coaching for almost 20 years! Marissa did gymnastics from the age of 3 to 19 and reached Level 9. She has coached many girls to state, regional, and national championships! She has also coached athletes to reach their dreams as collegiate gymnasts.

Coach Shauna has been coaching for over 10 years. Shauna did gymnastics for 12 years and reached Level 9 along side her sister, Marissa!

Coach Dexter joined our team in 2018 after coaching in Ohio for years. He primarily coaches bars and is a fantastic spotter! He also coaches our compulsory program on bars & vault.
